Field Support

Our team of mobile field support technicians is equipped to attend to calls from contracted customers nationally. Our technicians provide onsite support and service to merchants in the form of system deployment, installation, training, repairs and upgrades.

Customer Call Centre

Our call centre is operated by a team of skilled technical staff who handle support queries and fault reporting. The centre is comprised of a fully integrated call logging system managed by up to 25 support, admin desk and on-call technical staff active countrywide.

Repair Service

Our Johannesburg based repair centre handles the maintenance of all systems in our operating region. Work is carried out in a secure, monitored facility in compliance with the latest point-of-sale global security standards for the repair of payment devices.

Application Support

In addition to standard licensable payment system applications, we provide application support on embedded and server based software.

Secure Application & Key Load

Our repair facility in Johannesburg fulfills customer application and secure key-load services which are closely integrated during the repair and despatch of customer hardware.
